Monday Morning Aural Sex: 2019-12-30 (2019 Favorites Edition)
Monday Dec 30, 2019
Monday Dec 30, 2019
What’s up, fuckers?! Guess what the fuck we’ll be hearing this week, as if you couldn’t and/or didn’t already by the name of the fucking edition?! Ex-fuckin’-actly. Wait, hang on. Welcome!.. I mean, Emoclew! You’re tuned the fuck in to Monday Morning Aural Fuckin’ Sex, which I’m sure you already fuckin’ knew, ‘cause you’re just a fuckin’ genius like that. All that fuckin’ crammed the fuck into one fuckin’ sentence… Mmmm, hehe, was it good for you, too? I figured.
Anyway, this is obviously a collection of my favorite tracks from this year. A retro-fuckin’-spective to further appreciate the journey ahead of us all in 2020. I don’t know about you motherfuckers, but I’ve got some big things in the works. One of which will be happening right before (or shortly right after) the new year dawns at midnight. I’m not tellin’! You’re just gonna have to keep your eyeballs fuckin’ peeled to my various social medias.
So, there isn’t much I can say about this collection. It definitely took me longer than I’d anticipated to compile. Yeah, ‘cause I actually put thought and emotion into this fuckin’ shit. Imagine that, right? Also, it’s just a little over 5 hours again. I KNOW! Fuck you, okay? I know I’m too much. Fuckin’ have a sandwich in the middle or something. Fuckin’ take a nap, take over Honduras, I don’t give a fuck. I don’t expect you to listen to the whole thing in one sitting. I don’t even expect you to be listening to me yammering on right now. I don’t expect jack shit from y’all. I just do this because I’m clearly fuckin’ insane, and there’s something worthwhile on an existential level about the mere attempt to share beauty with other members of your species, even if it completely fails over and over (which I happen to know that it doesn’t, and I’m indeed very grateful for that).
These songs mean a lot to me for various reasons, and I would gladly explain each and every one, track by track, if anyone were ever that curious. Mostly though, I’m going to be the one bumpin’ this shit harder than anyone. At least until I return to the silence, but I have no plans for that. I have plans for my life, ‘cause for the first time in fucking years, I’m actually excited to be alive. It really hit me on my birthday last year, but I needed to sort some more bullshit out in my head. Mental spring cleaning, if you will. I suggest you all do that in the new year if you haven’t already done so.
One thing I would really appreciate is if you paid attention to the second track. It’s by an artist named Dabin, remixed by an artist named Trivecta, and it really means a lot to me. Even if you don’t care for the style of music, I bet the lyrics will resonate with you on some level.
Anyway, enough of all this fuckin’ chatter. I will see you all on New Year’s and beyond, and in the meantime…

We-he-hell, shit on me backwards and call me a neon banana! Welcome, perverts, pervettes and everything between and beyond whether anti- or pro-pronoun, to the Our Gloriously Random Universe Edition! As you may have (likely not cared to) guess, this will be another one of those non-genre-specific editions where I fuckin’ pontificate for way too fucking long in the intro, and then play a bunch of seemingly random shit with which you jive-ass honkies can only moderately vibe. To be perfectly frank, even though that’s not my fuckin’ name and never will be, these editions are some of my favorite to make because they represent my listening habits far more accurately than any of the ones with particular themes. Why?
Well, whereas many allow mood to determine the music they listen to, I more often let the music dictate my mood. There are plenty of times when I do the former, but I try hard to not let myself get stuck in any one emotion for too long. Maybe part of the reason is that I used to listen to this one playlist I made called Kill Yourself quite a lot as I was dealing with all sorts of crippling depression, trying to untie my mental knots and such. It got to the point where I just got tired of hearing the same fuckin’ songs over and over and goddamn over again. The same lessons were learned over and over, same insight gained and regained, and eventually I did indeed untie those knots. Once I did though, once I got to a point of far greater clarity, I was able to put much of the negativity aside in favor of my damn near ceaseless curiosity. That enabled me to branch out, to explore with a clearer perspective, unobstructed by the same old excruciatingly mundane fuckin’ depression that had been stifling me for so many years.
These seemingly random editions are obviously not random at all. There are many different genres, of course, but they’re all part of a path I chose for myself and any of you motherfuckers who’re awesome enough to join me on my little adventures here on this podcast. There is indeed method to my madness, which brings us to the name of this edition: Our Gloriously Random Universe. Randomness is something seldom found in human endeavors, yet it is most likely how our universe came into being, and how pretty much everything has happened since. At least, in my opinion.
Let’s put it this way: if this shit is somehow actually being consciously guided, watched over, or was simply just put into motion and left to fucking drift (which seems pretty unconscionable), then there’s a lot of extra fucking space out there for us to be thinking we’re somehow special. That, and considering our very existence is under constant threat from any number of celestial catastrophes due to our damn near total lack of preparation for such matters, not to mention our own fatally neglectful and destructive activities on this planet, the notion of purpose amidst such chaos seems quaint at best.
Conversely, we can create purpose for ourselves, despite any and all randomness. Don’t get me wrong, we definitely are special in that we’ve attained consciousness, indeed, but we shouldn’t be so blinded by that to the point where we ignore the boundless fucking mysteries about which we’ve barely even scratched the surface. We’re special in that we’ve established some sort of order in an otherwise utterly chaotic universe, and even though it’s all pitifully futile on a universal scale, it serves our civilization (such as it is) well to maintain the order (to varying degrees, anyway).
I also definitely think it’s a cop out to end all cop outs to discredit ourselves for the progress we’ve made, not to mention the astounding fucking leaps in technological development, and the immeasurable beauty within each and every one of our imaginations. I think that if there actually was/is a consciousness out there, they would applaud us for using our brains in such myriad ways, and not squander such unfathomable qualities as omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence, etc. on silly little creatures like us satiating their ego with nauseatingly repetitive worship.
But hey, what the fuck do I know, right? Maybe I’m wrong and I’m gonna burn in hell for all eternity for daring to question anything. Ah well. At least I experienced true beauty during my life, and much like Sisyphus (minus the hubris, deceit and such), I can (and do) feel happiness despite the maddening absurdity of everyday life, especially in this country. In fact, I more often than not find ways to embrace absurdity, to learn and create from it, and that’s one of the reasons I continue to do this little fuckin’ podcast here.
Amusing, really. I’m happy because I was happy before, thus I know I’m capable of happiness, so struggles can come and go as they please in my knowledge that even the most seemingly interminable tediousness will indeed be temporary (even if I end up dead from or in the midst of one or several of them). I do what I can to navigate them efficiently, and since I nearly entirely doubt anyone will be subjected to a literally eternal struggle like damnation, like that under which Sisyphus suffered, I have no need whatsoever to concern myself.
*fucking sigh* I imagine all this has been a total mindfuck and a how-d’ya-do kiss goodnight on the pinkie toe, whatever the fuck that’s supposed to mean, but my point is simply this: embrace the randomness of the universe. Embrace the randomness, acknowledging how magnificently precious each and every moment truly is. Embrace absurdity as part of life, society, whatever, and that will help you cope with any feelings of futility you may have now or sometime in the future. “One must imagine Sisyphus happy,” right? Embrace doubt, because therein lies your license to explore! Embrace curiosity, because we only have this one lifetime to learn as much as possible, and leave some sort of legacy for whomever actually remembers us after we’re gone. Shit, this is starting to sound like a suicide note. I promise, promise, promise it’s not. I’m actually being genuinely positive, and I hope at least one of you motherfuckers appreciates it.
Oh! Oh oh oh oh oh! It’s also Festivus today, and I have some serious fucking airing of grievances to do, but I’m gonna save that shit for New Year’s. Who knows, though? Maybe I’ll feel differently next week. Know what though? Know what I won’t feel differently about? Know what I will consistently fuckin’ feel ’til my last fuckin’ breath?
Embrace. ze. yojne.

Monday Morning Aural Sex: 2019-12-16 (Liquid Makes Me Wet Edition Vol. 3)
Monday Dec 16, 2019
Monday Dec 16, 2019
Awww yeah, bitch! Liquid Makes Me Wet as a motherfucker… who’s wet because of well, liquid, but ESPECIALLY on monday mornings, and when I’m gettin’ aural sex too?! Daaaaamn, yo. Shit be wet as fuck over here, just like liquid itself, because liquid is both wet and can wet things, because some words are just so fuckin’ cool that they can be adjectives, verbs AND nouns, and still be spelled the same… because reasons. The English language is fucking dead anyway, so do you really give 43/64ths of a fuck or 567/928ths of a shit? I didn’t think so. Fuck that fuckin’ debate alto-fuckin’-gether, and EMOCLEEEEEWWWWW!
That is fuckin’ right! Emo-fuckin’-clew to the 3rd installment of the Liquid Makes Me Wet Edition of Monday Morning Aural Fuckin’ Sex! I figured 6 months was plenty of time to allow for a new installment without mass rioting, looting, economic catastrophe, etc. going down. You know, the usual stuff that happens when you perverts are dissatisfied with my decisions regarding this podcast.
I should mention though, and calm your fuckin’ chaotic-ass tits before you hear this, I did include a couple tracks from previous editions. I KNOW! I know, I’m always ranting ad fucking infinitum and ad fucking extreme nauseam about discovering new shit, expanding your horizons and want not, but these tracks have only been played a time or two before this. In my humble fuckin’ opinion, they fuckin’ deserved spots on this edition, so there they are and there you go. You’re fuckin’ welcome.
Also, much of this podcast was compiled by going back through the artists on the previous Liquid Makes Me Wet Edition and hitting Shuffle Play on their entire catalog so I could expand my knowledge on these motherfuckers. I’m not trying to be unadventurous in doing that as opposed to finding new artists; fucking nay! Verily I say unto you (or some Shakespearean shit like that), there are quite a few artists being played for the very first time on this podcast. I just also wanted to deepen both your and my (mostly my own, let’s be fuckin’ honest adults about this) appreciation for artists on whom I’m still scarcely conversant. Nothing wrong with that, and if you think there is, you can freely consume a satchel of Richards at your leisure, you cock-eyed fellow!
Couple things I want to mention before the gloriously inevitable yojnement:
1. I threw all these little bitches into Mixed In Key so that I could arrange them harmonically, and I’m absolutely fucking euphoric (haha, not really) to say that there are ZERO fucking inharmonic departures. Actually, I suppose it would be a harmonic departure, as an inharmonic departure is sort of a double negative that implies a return to harmony. Maybe I’m thinking too much about this. Maybe I’m too much. May-fucking-be, right?! Right.
2. Track 26 is by an artist named Woody (Giggity). No, not Woody Giggity; I’m referencing Family Guy, you fucktwit. Anyway, this artist named Woody… Holy fuck, what an unexpected adventure I had down that particular rabbit hole (Giggity again). You see, because Woody is (apparently) such a common artist name, Spotify has mistakenly clusterfucked together at least 7 or 8 different artists also named Woody into the same profile. YET! FUCKING YET, if you search for Woody, it comes at you hard. (Giggi-fuckin’-ty!) Sorry, I had to. I mean, try it sometime. Countless fuckin’ artists either named Woody (and that’s it), or Woody this, or Woody that, or Woody McFuckin’Woodenstein the 24th. Anyway, that one profile with the 7 or 8 different artists had Russian hip-hop, Brazilian hip-hop, American (as far as I could tell) hip-hop, Korean adult contemporary, Liquid Drum’n’Bass (fucking obviously), Rock, Country, House, Hard Techno… like, fuck! All that fuckin’ shit behind just one name! Granted, it’s too common a fuckin’ name, and artists ought to try to be as unique as possible, but fucking wow. Maybe I’m a total music nerd freak fuckhead idiot dorkface poophead, and I’m the only one amused by such shit, but fuck you if you don’t like it. I thought it was both amusing and interesting, so I shared.
3. The tracks called Zeros & Ones, and the placement of the track Unspoken before the track Questions are not fucking there by accident. Those things are kinda sorta fuckin’ significant to me, that is, if you’ve been paying at least a modicum of attention to my life and what I share on social media over the past decade or so. So yeah, yojne that shit good and hard for me. Or don’t. Go ahead and be a vaginacock. No explanation for that. Fucking live with it, bitch.
4. Lastly (and somewhat coincidentally), track 49 is a track called Meant to Be, and I almost didn’t include it simply because I fucking loooooooathe that phrase. If you want me to lose interest in some shit you’re saying, calling something, “meant to (or not meant to) be,” is a pretty fuckin’ direct route. That phrase implies determinism, which in turn implies moral irresponsibility (or, at least unaccountability) due to the non-existence of free will, and obviously (or, at least it should be), the existence of a conscious creator who set in motion such lovely events as your getting that promotion at your job, your finding your soulmate, and also the Holocaust, child rape and sex trafficking across the world, animal torture, systematic misery inflicted ceaselessly upon the bruised, broken and bleeding fucking backs of the destitute and just downright fucking innocent. You can’t fucking cherry pick when it comes to determinism like you silly fuckers do with your religious texts. Well, you can, because fuck me and my opinions, but you can’t do it around me and expect to hold my interest! So there! Take that! That’ll show ‘em! Anyway, yeah, it’s a great track regardless of my psychotic thoughts on the matter, so yojne the tits offa that one there.
5. Also lastly, because I clearly don’t know how, when, why, where or what to up the shut fuck, I am fucking EXHAUSTED right now. Like, eyelids pried open with toothpicks fuckin’ exhausted. I have had one of the longest fucking days in recent memory, and instead of submitting to sleep like any relatively fucking sane person might do, here I fucking am doing this podcast. I hope at least one of you perverted-ass ass-fuckers out there appreciates that to some degree.
AAAAAAND NOW, now that I can’t think of anything else to add, so I won’t…
We yojne!

Monday Morning Aural Sex: 2019-12-09 (Rap Vs. Hip-Hop Edition Vol. 5)
Monday Dec 09, 2019
Monday Dec 09, 2019
Eeeeeemmmmmooooooccccclllllleeeeewwwww srekcufrehtom to the 5th volume of the Rap vs. Hip-Hop Edition of Monday Fuckin’ Morning Fuckin’ Aural Fuckin’ Sex! All sorts of fuckin’ up in this bitch today, but (surprisingly) nut a (w)hole lot of oral sex abutt fucking! (Yes, if you’re reading this instead of (or in addition to) listening to it, all that was said in fucking context. You’re welcome.) It’s all good though, ‘cause there are 19 fucktacular artists making their debut appearances on this podcast this week, 12 of whom I only just discovered myself this week; unless you count all the guests too, in which case it’s actually more like 41. Also, I was adamant about not using any tracks from past Rap Vs. Hip-Hop editions, because I meant what I said in the intro to the Collection edition that I put out a few months ago. That collection was meant as a retrospective to further appreciate the discoveries going forward. I did, however, include a handful of tracks from previous non-Rap vs. Hip-Hop editions I did this year and from years before. There IS actually ONE, uno fuckin’ track from one of the previous Rap vs. Hip-Hop Editions, but I’llllll neeeeverrrr tellll… aaaannnd you won’t find ouuuuuuut, becaaaaause you don’t give a fuuuuuuck. Ah well.
Believe me, perverts, I know how tempting it is to listen to shit you already know and love. I do it all the fucking time, but there’s SO, SO fucking much cool shit out there! Don’t you ever go thinking fuckin’ otherwise. Doesn’t matter how extensive your knowledge of music is, you can always learn and find some new shit to love. Doesn’t just apply to music, either. No matter how much of an expert you might consider yourself, you can always improve. ‘Cause ya know, everybody’s a fuckin’ expert nowadays. Must be fuckin’ nice. I just watched an interesting video on Youtube about that, actually, and here’s the link if you’d like to check it out: https://youtu.be/y50i1bI2uN4 It’s about a thing called the Dunning-Kruger Effect, and it goes into why stupid people go around thinking they’re smart. I can certainly think of a few people like that. Sounds worthy of a couple minutes of your precious fuckin’ time, right? I thought so. You’re fuckin’ welcome.
So yeah, the question of rap versus hip-hop has been debated in bedrooms thick with weed smoke across the nation for decades now. According to KRS-One, “Rap is something you do. Hip-Hop is something you live.” The lyrics to Dead Prez’s song Hip-Hop are all about that distinction. Countless other artists have discussed their perspectives on the issue, no doubt. It seems like my long-standing perspective of hip-hop being more about poetry and rap more about mainstream stuff and bobbin’ your head is more commonly held than my friend’s perspective which is vice versa. Not that he’s wrong or anything, and besides, we’re only talking about arbitrary names people came up with to identify sounds. Sounds and symbols to identify other sounds and symbols. You ever thought about that shit? Hmm? The whole idea of language? Fuck, I’m digressing again. My bad.
Anyway, yeah, doesn’t mean one view is superior and/or the other inferior, right and wrong, etc.; they’re just different, and both rap and hip-hop have value in certain contexts. I would say that rap grew out of hip-hop when record labels saw the buzz around it, and rap became a mutated sort of hydra because of all the money injected into it. Even though the argument could be made that rap spawned from hip-hop, they’ve both themselves spawned countless sub-genres, and people all around the world (note that I said, “around,” the world, and not, “a-flat” the world. Sorry, not sorry, B.o.B. Shit, speaking of that motherfucker, who the fuck gets into a beef with an astrophysicist? How is that even a thing? I know beefing is a staple of rap (don’t see it too much in hip-hop, likely due to the more modest egos), but seriously? FUCK! THERE I GO DIGRESSING AGAIN! MY BAD!) have embraced and are producing both of those greater genres all the time.
I feel compelled to add that if you’re unfamiliar with or unwilling to delve into music from other countries simply because you can’t understand the lyrics, I really must ask you if lyrics are so paramount to you, because I honestly have never met anyone like that. I’m a writer/poet, which means that words have been my main creative medium for decades now, and even I don’t go around looking up ALL the lyrics to EVERY song. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I understand that. After all, it’s not like we all have pocket-sized, touch-screen computers on us all the time. You know, devices that are capable of accessing virtually all human knowledge spanning the entire timeline of recorded history or anything. Oh shit! Wait! We actually do. But that’s right, you get bored easily. You can’t get down with lyrics you don’t understand, because they’re impossible to translate, and they should’ve been speaking English anyway, right? The world should adjust to you and your life because you crave convenience like junkies crave their drug of choice, right? Totally reasonable in Cheeto’s America. Are we great again, by the way? Asking for a gay, black friend of mine.
You poor, poor souls. You hopelessly, mentally-poverty-stricken, bereft-, destitute- and bankrupt-ass mother-fuckin’-fuckers. I’ll pray for you, hehe.
The rest of you gloriously curious and perverted-ass motherfuckers? You know what goddamn time it is. Oh, you know. You don’t? Well, I’ma tell ya…
*ahem*
